Because they chose this to be their home and a long-term residence, the young couple decided rebuild the house, unexpectedly bringing results beyond expectations, making the house completely stripped, which even shocked the previous owner.
Because the floor area is only 60 square meters, the design unit decided to keep the structure of 1 ground floor, 1 mezzanine floor of the old version. However, the ground floor has been expanded and expanded by knocking down the entire partition wall and bedroom, giving the house a deeper, more spacious and airy feeling.
The overall space of the house is impressive and soft. The kitchen ceiling has a unique roof-like sloping roof design. In the living room area, personality pendant lights are added, making the space more attractive.
The living room corner is simple but attracted by trees and decorations. Although this area is full of things, it is still neat thanks to the compact and smart furniture.
The ground floor is used as a living room connected to the kitchen, the design team uses a simple island and dining table to create a separation and divide between the two areas but still keep the airy feeling for the house.
The facade is made of high walls extending from the floor to the ceiling, using glass walls to get all the sunlight for the whole house.
In addition, the architect also designed a very beautiful space with a set of tables and chairs, gravel floor and surrounding green trees. The break is not wide, but it is ideal for a young couple to sit together, sip a cup of fragrant tea, listen to music, and chat every morning and afternoon. In this corner, the ceiling is made of glass material, both connecting with nature and helping the interior space to be brighter and wider.
